Has stress got you up against a wall?

Stress impairs our ability to perceive problems before we’re right up against them, giving us less flexibility for solving them. Conversely when we’re in a calm, clear and energised  state we can often pre-empt problems long before they arise. Meaning adjustments can be made to prevent them. Hands down the best way to solve a problem is to avoid it in the first place!
