Meditation has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up meditating with my parents. However, it wasn’t until quite a few years later, experiencing burn out, running a creative business in London, that I began practising Vedic Meditation. When I started practising VM, it was an instant fit. It was simple, time-efficient, and much easier to practice than any of the many techniques I’d tried before. It quickly made a profound difference to my health, happiness and sense of Self. My passion for Vedic Meditation, Vedic philosophy and Ayurveda was ignited, triggering years of study and annual extended trips to India delving deep into Vedic knowledge.
The culmination of my studies was three intensive months of training to become a teacher in the foothills of the Himalayas under my teacher Thom Knoles, the world's preeminent Master of and leading authority on Vedic Meditation.
Since 2016, I’ve been teaching Vedic meditation through corporate, private, and bespoke group courses. In addition to working with individual clients for nearly a decade, I've worked with businesses, including Bendigo Bank, Inner West Council, Northern Beaches Council, Vic Roads, Toowoomba Council, Port Stephens Council, DELWP, Goulburn Valley Water, Cumberland Council, Canada Waters Council, Ipswich Council, Mildura Council, and more. In 2023, I began assisting and training teachers of Vedic Meditation in the Himalayas with my Teacher, Thom Knoles.
So many of us are suffering from less-than-optimum mental and physical health, a lack of time, and a general lack of happiness. We think, “If I can just get through this, then I’ll have a break,” or “If I can just acquire that, then I’ll be happy.” But we know the break never comes, and the elusive happiness goalposts just keep moving.
I've dedicated my life to teaching this simple meditation technique because happiness isn't a reward to be chased but a birthright to be claimed by tapping into an ever-present inner state.
